Student Vaccinations
Student Vaccination Week begins on Monday. Students ages 16 and older will be prioritized for receiving first-dose appointments made through the COVID-19 Vaccination Registration System. Please encourage all students, regardless of age, to register for the vaccine as a COVID-19 vaccine for younger students is likely to be available soon. Attached are fliers about Student Vaccination Week that schools can provide to families to support the vaccination effort. These materials are available to help urge students to enroll and get vaccinated:

Dear ACE Parents/Guardians,
As you may have heard, schools are expected to return to full-time in person before April 5th. As we wrap up exhibitions at ACE, we wanted to update you on our plan for the coming trimester.
Trimester 3 projects will start on March 31, 2021. Monday March 29 and Tuesday Mach 30 will be dedicated to parent conferences. Advisors will be reaching out to schedule the conferences.

As always we are committed to working with staff to provide this opportunity at ACE in a safe, and controlled environment. While in the building, all safety protocols will be followed, including temperature checks, social distancing, mask wearing, contact tracing, and partially open bay doors.  Thank you and we will keep you updated as we get closer to the re-opening date.

ACE Lead Team,

Justin Trager, Principal     Ralph Gonzales, Student Support Director     Ryan DeHoyos, Community Engagement Director
